CLASSES RANGING FROM

Beginner to Advanced

We are a community that is committed to inclusion across race, gender, age, religion, identity, and experience because we believe that fitness is for everyone. Anyone can do CrossFit and we strive to create an environment where everyone can feel comfortable finding out if CrossFit is for them.

Group CrossFit Classes

Our group classes are 1-hour, 100% coach-led classes. From the second our athletes walk in the door, their coach gives them one-on-one quality attention at a fraction of personal training prices. Warm-ups, skill work, workouts, and cool downs are programmed, scaled, and modified as necessary to personally meet each athlete’s needs. We meet you where you are and get you where you want to go.

Creek Beasts

This 1-hour, small group class focuses on young athletes ages 12-17. Led by expert coaches with over 30 years of youth athletics experience, the Beast program offers all young athletes an opportunity to improve. CrossFit Kids as a program prioritizes putting the “fun” in fitness and so do we. At the same time, our coaches know how to make athletes, whether on the field, on the water, or in the pool better and more prepared to excel in their individual sports.

Private Coaching and Specialty Courses

Whether you are looking for special attention to tackle some specific fitness goals or need some help with nutrition, lifestyle, or other health related topics in or out of the gym, we’ve got a coach who can help. We offer individual 30-minute and 60-minute sessions, as well as, longer 4-week and 6-week courses that can be tailored for individuals or small groups.

Virtual Coaching

We understand that getting to the gym can sometimes be too great of an obstacle to overcome. We’ve got you covered with virtual coaching. Our program offers personalized fitness coaching via our online platform. Our virtual athletes are assigned to a personal coach who provides weekly written guidance to include warmups, movement preparation, workout intention and stimulus, pre-recorded video demonstration as necessary, and 2-3 brief weekly follow-ups via a predetermined medium that works best for each athlete.
